BACH CONNECTIONS: BACH, TELEMANN, SCHENK, BUXTEHUDE
4.00 pm, Sunday 1 August, 2010
Little St Mary's Church
A delightful tea-time concert of music by Bach and his teachers and friends,
performed in unusual combinations of Baroque instruments by friends from
The Parley of Instruments. Gail Hennessy plays Telemann's Fantasia in G
minor for unaccompanied oboe; Mark Caudle plays music for solo viola da
gamba from Schenk's L'Echo du Danube. The friends also play together
